Okuise Forestopia (Restaurant & Ange)

We offer French courses that make use of local seasonal ingredients such as Jibie (Game / Quarry) and Ayu (Freshwater Trout). Lunch is centered around à la carte, and the set "Buffet with Hot Springs" is popular during February, June and October.

Roadside Station Okuise O-dai (Magokoro Restaurant)

We have a wide variety menu, and the set meals are up to scale. The "Odai Locomoco" is a menu that sticks to local ingredients. The stalls offer the "Tasty Burger" of deer meat patty is available for sale as well.

Furusato Plaza Momijikan

Excellent restaurant facing the "Miyagawa" river. The log house styled building is filled with the warmth of wood. The delicious taste of the local rice cooked plump is excellent and makes you want to get seconds. Closed on Tuesdays.

Seiryuu Teahouse

Ayu (Freshwater Trout) specialized restaurant operated by the Miyagawa upstream fishery cooperative association. Seats are available and you can enjoy Ayu at any location and while enjoying the river breeze. Open from June 1st to the end of September. Closed on Mondays.

Tsukitsubo

An Ayu (Freshwater Trout) Restaurant by an Ayu producer. You can choose a variety of meals from Japanese food to Western food, mainly with a variety of Ayu set menus. A rare dish such as Ayu Heshiko is served as well. Alcohol beverages can be enjoyed in the evening. Closed on Wednesdays.

Daikokuya

A long-established dine-inn in front of the JR San-Seya Station. A wide range of meals are served from set meals to simple dishes, and alcohol can be enjoyed at night. Sushi is a popular menu that is also sold at Okuise Odaiba Station. Closed on Thursdays.

Manei

A restaurant inn in front of the JR San-Seya Station. We have a menu that covers sushi, eel, Japanese food and Western food. Coffee is free for lunch and is popular among businessmen.

Hana… Saku Tokoro

An Ayu (Freshwater Trout) and home-cooked restaurant in the Osugi area. We hold an Ayu capturing event during summer. Open during summer only. Please make reservations in advance during business hours.

Okuise BBQ Area

The food court mainly has noodles such as soba noodles and udon noodles. Rice balls are also popular. Odai green tea ice-cream is also available.

Fukurou

Along the highway No. 42 in the Takana district. Takoyaki with original souce, Ponzu, Japanese style soy sauce, Negishi Shichido Mayo and Variety tastes. We also recommend the summer shaved ice. Closed on Tuesdays.

Okuise Gallery

A gallery & coffee shop renovated from an old private house built 140 years ago. The owner was a woodworking craftsman. Enjoy the unique craftsmanship while drinking coffee. Closed on Mondays.

Café Hidamari

A cafe in a house owned by the female owner. The surroundings are full of flowers, and the seasonal flowers welcome you when you arrive by the cafe. The cafe is loved by locals. Closed on Tuesdays.

Café Mahoroba

Seasonal homemade cakes are popular. The menu changes depending on the day of the week for lunch. Antique items are arranged in the shop, and it is popular among female customers. Closed on Wednesdays, Saturdays & Sundays.

Coffee Shop La Mer

A coffee shop managed by former chairman of the Odai Town Hometown Guidance Association. Valuable materials are lined up in the shop. You can listen to history while tasting the fragrant coffee. Closed on Wednesdays.
